How much will your website cost?

This question is a bit like asking how long is a piece of string. To give you some idea these are our packages:

STARTER WEBSITE PACKAGE
Just starting out with your website and want to take things slowly while you find your feet? Consider our Starter Website Package:

• A consultation, of up to 1 hour, where we spend time with you discussing your website needs. We can meet with you in person, over the phone or on Skype.
• Your choice of WordPress Theme (up to the value of US$50)  from ElegantThemes.com, VivaThemes.com, PremiumPress.com (if you choose theme over US$50 we simply add the additional cost onto your invoice). Or you can provide your own theme from any theme provider of your choice, and simply provide us with the theme files.
• Your chosen design is then put onto a development site so you can see how it looks, feels and works, exactly as it will on your own site.
• When you are happy with your site we install it on your own domain (URL).
• We include up to 3 pages of content to start you off plus a contact form. We include the content (text and images) that you provide.
  If you are not sure what to put on your site our writer can help you with this as well (see our Content Writing Package) and we can source royalty free images for you.
• Optionally, a blog can be included if you wish to use one.
• We include a plug-in for search engine optimisation as standard.
• Hosting and domain name for the first year.

Your investment: NZ$550 + GST

STANDARD WEBSITE PACKAGE
We create all our websites in WordPress unless this is not suitable for your needs. WordPress is a widely used content management system used by sites such as CNN and Ebay. WordPress will enable you to edit your own website, should you wish to, via a secure password protected login. Thus you are not limited to the content initially created. You can edit your site and add additional content at any time, and you can allow authorised staff to edit your site too. WordPress also has thousands of plug-in extensions to add additional functionality.
Our Standard Website Package gives you:

• A consultation, of up to 1 hour, where we spend time with you discussing your website needs. We can meet with you in person, over the phone or on Skype.
• A choice of 1 of 3 bespoke, unique designs created to your specifications.
• Changes as requested to your preferred design.
• Your prepared design is then put onto a development site so you can see how it looks, feels and works, exactly as it will on your own site.
• When you are happy with your site we install it on your own domain (URL).
• We include up to 5 pages of content to start you off plus a contact form. We include the content (text and images) that you provide.
  If you are not sure what to put on your site our writer can help you with this as well (see our Content Writing Package) and we can source royalty free images for you.
• Optionally, a blog can be included if you wish to use one.
• We include a plug-in for search engine optimisation as standard.
• Hosting and domain name for the first year.

SOCIAL MEDIA PACKAGE

Many businesses are now using social media to reach out to customers.

• Create Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages and profiles (other social media by request).
  Your investment: NZ$100 + GST per social media account.
• Linking your blog with your social media accounts so your social media will pick up any changes in your website and posting to your blog.
  Your investment: NZ$100 +GST per social media account.
• We can also post to your blog, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts for you.

MAILING LIST PACKAGE
Keep your customers informed about your business. Collect subscribers right off your website and send out great looking emails. We can link your website up to any  major email marketing  service, teach you how to use the service (see our Training Package), or create emails for you (see our Content Writing Package).

Your investment: NZ$55 +GST to set up
(plus the cost of your chosen mailing list service [some have limited free services])

SECURITY PACKAGE
Websites everywhere are at risk from malware attacks. We recommend the security monitoring service Sucuri. We can offer our clients a considerable discount on the price you would pay directly with Sucuri.

Your investment: NZ$75 +GST per year

CONTENT WRITING PACKAGE
Not sure what to write on your site? Our writer can help by either editing your own text or by writing content for you.

Your investment: NZ$55 +GST per page/blog post of  300-500 words.

E-COMMERCE PACKAGE
Need customers to be able to shop online? Let us create your online shop.

TRAINING PACKAGE
If you you don’t know anything about websites and social media don’t worry. We can teach you and your staff to manage as much or a little as your wish to manage in-house. We can provide training for groups or individuals via face-to-face, telephone or remote connection to your PC.

Your investment: NZ$150 +GST per hour or NZ$1000 +GST per day (plus any travel, accommodation and venue costs)

SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE PACKAGE
Let us take the hassle out of ensuring your website software is up-to-date. We will check your site each month and update WordPress and any plug-ins as needed.

Your investment: NZ$25 + GST per month or NZ$240 +GST per year (save 20%)
